SHIPPING
We currently offer shipping throughout Australia, with New Zealand shipping coming soon.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS & COSTS
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars and are current at the time of publication. Joey Cuddles reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.

AUSTRALIA:
- Standard shipping is *FREE* for orders over AU$50 per transaction.  
- For orders below AU$50, a flat rate of AU$5 applies per transaction.  
- Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing after payment confirmation.  
- Standard delivery typically takes 4-10 business days once processed.  
- We use third-party couriers for delivery; tracking information will be provided upon dispatch.  
- During high-demand periods like sales or promotions, dispatch and delivery times may be longer.

NEW ZEALAND:
- Shipping to New Zealand will be available soon—stay tuned!

Note: We cannot deliver to PO boxes.  
The delivery times listed are estimates. Joey Cuddles cannot guarantee delivery times, including for express services, as these are managed by external couriers.

FREE SHIPPING OFFER TERMS
- Available for deliveries within Australia only.  
- The order total must be AU$50 or more after discounts to qualify for free shipping.  
- Shipping fees are not counted towards the minimum spend.  
- Offer valid across all payment methods.

ORDER TRACKING:
You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. To track your package, follow the instructions in the email. If you do not receive tracking information within four days of purchase, please contact us at info@joeycuddles.com.au.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:
- Joey Cuddles is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from courier handling.  
- A signature may be required upon delivery. We suggest providing an address where someone will be available to sign for the package. If no one is available, your order may be sent to a nearby post office for collection.  
- Dispatch and delivery times may be extended during busy periods.
